Pyrenees Orientales, located in the extreme south of France just near the Spain, is a department full of light, sun and heat and we are pleased to welcome you on our site to discover our area.

We have focused on the properties of character that reflect the spirit of our region. The heat of stone and wood remain a great value, insensitive to the effects of fashion and the passage of time and gives a soul to your house, more than any other modern refinement, standardized and sanitized.

These houses of character, for many, are conducive to hosting a business guest rooms (chambre d’hôte) or lodging (gîte).

Millesime Patrimoine is first born of our passion for horses and we also wanted to identify not only equestrian properties but also all kind of properties where horses are welcome. Equipped with boxes or career or not, we selected properties of more than one hectare of land and specially those providing access to walking paths.
